When you submit a request, your name, email, accommodation, dates, guest count and notes are sent through Resend to our team at our team. An acknowledgement with your booking details is sent to your email address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for spam. Your details are used to respond to your enquiry; the request does not reserve dates or take payment. Availability checks read Airbnb and Booking.com calendars on the server and expose only blocked dates. Approved direct stays or owner blocks are recorded in Cloudflare D1 with accommodation, dates and an internal reference. Private export links provide generic unavailable-date entries without guest names or email addresses. Calendar imports can be delayed; an enquiry is not a reservation.
Payment testing: after accepting a quote, the guest email, accommodation, dates, guest count and agreed total can be submitted by the host to Stripe to prepare a hosted payment page. The current integration accepts sandbox keys only. No real money or confirmed reservation is created during testing.
