Practice space
Equipped yoga studio for up to 25 people, subject to the activity and agreed layout. Mats, blocks, blankets and sound equipment support your sessions.
Small-group space
Dedicated meditation room for intimate sessions, alongside the yoga studio and gym. Agree your group layout with us before booking.
Food & support
Outdoor kitchen and dining spaces. Catering, including vegetarian, vegan and dietary requests, is available by arrangement and quoted separately.

Yoga & movement studio
Wooden floors, exposed beams and a stone wall. A dedicated studio for yoga, breathwork, movement and workshops, with mats, blocks and blankets.
Movement & strength
A gym with rings, parallettes, kettlebells, dumbbells and a heavy bag. Space to balance slower practices with more active sessions.
Meditation & bodywork
A separate, intimate meditation room for smaller groups and one-to-one sessions. Included with retreat bookings; room setup and suitability are discussed with your organiser.

Before you plan
Can I hire the venue for my own retreat?
Yes. Send your dates, group size and programme idea. We will discuss accommodation, facilities, catering and a tailored quote.
Is the meditation room included with every rental?
No. It is part of the full retreat access. Holiday rentals include only the facilities agreed in the booking, including whole-property holiday stays.
Are classes and meals included?
Teachers, facilitated sessions, treatments and catering are arranged and priced separately unless your quote explicitly includes them.
Can you accommodate dietary requests?
Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options can be discussed when arranging catering. Please tell us your needs in advance.
